American Legion condemns Stalin bust at site

At its annual convention in Milwaukee, roughly 3,000 delegates adopted a resolution Thursday telling the National D-Day Memorial Foundation that a bust of Soviet dictator Josef Stalin in Bedford, Va., is inappropriate.
